Widows Rising is a community of women brought together through the shared experience of widowhood in mid-life. Our mission is to support, guide, and educate each other with a holistic approach that honors the mind-body connection.

We believe that each woman's journey through grief is both deeply unique and profoundly shared, and together, we foster healing, growth, and empowerment through mindful practices, compassionate support, and collective wisdom.

Our community is dedicated to helping widows navigate grief and find healing through compassionate, holistic practices. We offer resources to support your journey, including monthly yoga poses, meditations, and breathing techniques tailored to promote emotional well-being and physical relaxation. Alongside curated book and podcast recommendations, we also host retreats designed to connect, restore, and uplift.
